House Metcalfe – Family Bathroom

A 30 year family home which with the most beautiful marina views needed a modernising, from its floral maroon colour scheme to a slick black and white look with slipper bath with updated fittings! This home never had a shower, so we changed the en-suite from a dark blue floral scheme with built in bath into a calm grey space with walk in shower! We love a patterned tile and this was the perfect place to have these! We changed the toilet to a modern giberet and with updated fittings and a feature wall detail in the black edging! The budget was tight, so we chose to spend money wisely with new grey wool carpeting and a grey colour palette in different shades and tones throughout the house! This facelift will last another 30 years! We are currently working on designs for a new kitchen and skullery, so watch this space
