House Erickson – Kitchen/Living

We walked into this downstairs space and were briefed on the need to modernize and lighten this space that was made dark and heavy by the kitchen layout… so we gutted the whole space and started again with a new open layout and white and grey gloss cabinetry with black tap-wear and features! We also lightened the flooring with a light grey vinyl throughout the area. Then there was a very small little unused utility closet, that was no longer needed with the new kitchen configuration!! So the decision was made to turn this into a guest loo, when there was previously no toilet downstairs. We transformed this little space with the most beautiful wallpaper and new modern details into a now very used guest toilet!
